What A Hollywood Smile Is

A Hollywood Smile is a cosmetic veneer plan for the teeth that show when you smile. At HCT the published packages are 10 E.max veneers for £1,960 and 16 E.max veneers for £3,150. The veneers are bonded to teeth you still have. The shade, the count and whether every tooth is suitable are decided at an examination.

A Veneer On A Tooth You Still Have

An E.max veneer is a thin ceramic facing made in the laboratory and bonded to the front of a prepared tooth. It can mask deep stain, a chip, a short edge or a small gap. It cannot fill an empty socket. If a tooth is missing, a veneer on the neighbours does not replace it.

The name describes an even, light smile. It does not mean one celebrity’s teeth, and it does not mean every tooth in the mouth is cut down for a crown. Ten veneers usually cover the upper teeth that show in a broad smile. Sixteen usually adds lower teeth that also show. Your lip line decides which teeth are actually in the package.

A Preview Is Not The Finished Smile

Digital smile design can show a preview of length and shade on a screen or a mock-up before enamel is removed. That preview is a plan. It is not an after photograph, and it is not a promise that the bonded veneers will match the mock-up in every light. You approve the direction before preparation. Hollywood Smile Package Price

The Hollywood10 and Hollywood16 E.max lines are named treatment offers without a hotel. The 20-unit E.max package at £3,780 has a separate hotel/chauffeur scope, and a bespoke makeover starting fee is another line. The Hollywood Smile advert and inclusion checklist helps read these differences without creating a new discount or package.

The Hollywood Smile rows on the HCT price list are two package totals: £1,960 for 10 E.max veneers and £3,150 for 16 E.max veneers. They are veneer counts, not implant counts. A single E.max veneer is also listed at £200, and these packages are not the same figure as that unit fee multiplied by 10 or by 16.

The price list publishes these two totals and does not list a hotel night or a flight inside the Hollywood rows. Flights are not part of £1,960 or £3,150. Any hotel, transfer, whitening, gum contouring or extra tooth is written in the plan if you need it. The same fees are on the dental price list. The Two Published Totals

Fees That Stay Outside These Packages

• Single E.max veneer£200 a tooth on the price list. Do not multiply that unit fee to rebuild £1,960 or £3,150.
• Laser teeth whitening£180 if whitening is added. It is not inside the veneer package.
• Gum contouring£230 if the gum line is treated. It is quoted only when the examination shows it is needed.
• A different tooth countIf you need fewer or more veneers, the written plan replaces the package total. It is not a guess added on the day.

Travel is arranged around the laboratory time, often about five to seven days in Antalya or Istanbul. That length is typical for veneers, not a booking promise. Who This Is Suitable For

A Hollywood Smile is considered when the teeth are healthy enough to prepare and you want to change colour, chips, uneven edges or small gaps. It is elective cosmetic dentistry. It does not replace missing teeth, and it is not the right plan when a tooth needs a crown or an implant instead of a facing.

When It May Not Be Suitable

It may not be suitable if the gums are inflamed, if decay is untreated, or if you grind heavily and that has not been planned for. Pregnancy is a reason to delay elective preparation. If you do not want enamel removed, say so before treatment, because these veneer packages do remove enamel. Assessment is required before anyone books the laboratory.

A photograph can start the conversation. It cannot show the thickness of enamel, the nerve, or whether the bite will overload a long edge. People who want a named celebrity’s teeth, or who expect every mouth to finish in the same number of days, need that expectation discussed against their own records. What Happens Step By Step

Treatment is usually one trip. The tooth is numbed with local anaesthetic, a thin layer of enamel is removed, and a temporary veneer covers it while the laboratory makes the E.max veneer. The final veneer is checked for bite and colour, then bonded. Many patients are in the clinic for about five to seven days. That timetable is typical, not a promise for every case.

2. 02Examination And PreviewThe teeth and gums are examined. A digital preview shows length and shade. You can still stop before enamel is removed.
3. 03PreparationLocal anaesthetic numbs the teeth. Enamel is removed on each tooth that will carry a veneer. Records are taken and temporary veneers are fitted.
4. 04LaboratoryThe E.max veneers are made. You wear the temporaries. The usual gap is a few days, not a second surgical trip.
5. 05FittingThe veneers are tried in. Bite and colour are checked. They are bonded only after you have seen them in the mouth.

Before You Travel

Send clear photos of your teeth smiling and at rest, and say whether you are asking about 10 upper veneers or 16 upper and lower veneers. The reply can point at £1,960 or £3,150. It cannot confirm that every tooth in the photo can take a veneer. Decay, a crack or a very short root changes the plan before you fly.

Preparation And Temporary Veneers

On the day, the teeth are numbed with local anaesthetic. You may feel pressure and vibration. Tell the dentist if you feel pain. For a veneer, a measured layer of enamel is removed from the front of the tooth. Dr. Betül Semercioğlu has described a typical reduction of about 0.3 to 0.5 mm, around the thickness of a contact lens. The amount is set for each tooth and can be more where the edge is already uneven. That enamel does not grow back.

An impression or a scan records the prepared teeth. Temporary veneers protect them and give you a further look at length and shape. Temporaries are weaker than the final ceramic. Eat softly, and do not bite nails, pens or tape while they are on. If a temporary comes off, keep it and contact the clinic. Do not try to glue it with household adhesive.

Fitting The E.max Veneers

The temporaries are removed and the E.max veneers are tried in with a trial paste so you can see the colour in ordinary light. The bite is checked. A veneer that feels high is adjusted before it is bonded, because a high spot can make the tooth ache and can chip the ceramic. Bonding uses a dental adhesive and a curing light. You leave with written cleaning advice.

Materials

The published Hollywood packages use E.max veneers. On the price list the single-tooth E.max row is Ivoclar porcelain. E.max is a glass ceramic chosen for front teeth because it can look translucent. It is not a full zirconia crown, and it is not an implant post.

Shade is chosen with you, against your skin and your lower teeth if those teeth are not being veneered. A very light shade on the upper teeth only can look disconnected from the lower teeth. That is a planning choice, not a fault to discover after bonding. If a tooth needs strength on every side, the material conversation moves from a veneer to a crown, and the fee is no longer this package.

Risks And Complications

Preparation can leave the tooth sensitive to cold for days or longer. A veneer can chip, come unstuck, or need replacement years later. The gum can be irritated if the edge traps plaque. Uncommonly, the nerve of a heavily prepared tooth becomes inflamed and needs further care, which may include root canal treatment.

Smoking and grinding raise these risks. None of them is certain, and none of them is a result the clinic can promise to avoid.

The bite can feel different for a few days. A veneer that stays high should be adjusted, not endured until you are home. Colour is stable in the ceramic, but the edge of a tooth can stain if the bond is not clean. Temporary veneers stain more easily than the final ones. Longevity depends on the enamel that remains, the bite, not using the teeth as tools, and regular cleaning. A veneer that chips is repaired or replaced. It is not a sign that every veneer in the mouth has failed.

Recovery And Aftercare

The first days are about the temporary veneers and any sensitivity. Eat on the other side if one side is sore, and keep hard or sticky food off the new edges. Brush gently and clean the gum line. When the final veneers are fitted, a tooth that feels high should be adjusted before you fly.

At home, see your own dentist for checks, and contact the clinic if a veneer comes off or pain increases.

While The Temporaries Are On

After The Veneers Are Bonded

Brush twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste and clean between the teeth every day. The ceramic does not decay, but the tooth underneath still can, at the edge. Do not open packets or bite ice with the veneers. If you grind at night, wear the guard you were advised to wear. See a dentist at home about every six months. Flying after veneers is usually reasonable once you are comfortable and the bite has been checked. Airline rules are yours to confirm. A loose veneer, swelling, or pain that wakes you is a reason to call HCT and your own dentist, not to wait for a routine review.

Alternatives

Whitening can lighten teeth whose shape you already like, and it does not remove a layer of enamel the way these veneers do. It will not close a gap or lengthen a short tooth. Composite bonding can repair a small chip with less reduction, and it is more likely to stain and chip than E.max.

A crown wraps a weak or heavily filled tooth. If you need that on many teeth, you are no longer in a 10 or 16 veneer package.

Badly worn or broken teeth across the mouth are discussed as full mouth reconstruction, published as 20 crowns at £3,180. That is a different intent from a Hollywood veneer package. Teeth that are missing, and that need a fixed bridge on implants, are full mouth dental implants, published at £5,980 and £6,480 for the two full-arch packages. Those fees are not veneers, and this page does not plan implant surgery.

Clinic And Reviews

Ask which teeth are in the 10 or the 16, whether each one is a veneer or a crown, and what happens if a tooth cannot be veneered. A quote that does not name the material and the count is not the same offer as £1,960 or £3,150.
