Why A Low Implant Advert Is Hard To Compare
The lowest number on an implant advert is hard to compare. One line may omit the crown. Another may price one jaw. A third may leave out the hotel, the flights or a graft. HCT’s published fees show what each figure includes.

A cheap dental implant advert is usually one number. That number is a poor comparison when the crown is missing, when one figure is for one jaw and another is for both, or when a hotel, flights or a graft sit outside the price. HCT publishes a single tooth at £560, with the abutment and the crown. A brand line from £380 is the implant and the abutment without the crown. All-on-4 at £5,980 and All-on-6 at £6,480 are both jaws and both visits. Those lines are a way to read an advert. They are not a ranking of countries or clinics.

Why The Lowest Advertised Fee Misleads
The lowest advertised fee misleads when it is not the same product as the number beside it. A clinic can print a small figure by leaving out the crown, by pricing one jaw, or by keeping the hotel, the flights and a graft off the page. Another clinic can print a larger figure because those items are inside it. The two numbers answer different questions. Putting them in one column does not show which plan costs less to finish.
What A Headline Often Shows
One price, sometimes with a brand name and little else. The page may not say whether the crown is included, whether the figure is one jaw or both, or which visit it covers. A reader cannot repair that gap by assuming the missing lines are free.
What A Like-For-Like Quote Names
The tooth or the arch, the jaws, the visits, the crown, the hotel, any flight contribution, and a graft or a sinus lift if the scan is likely to need one. HCT’s published lines below are that kind of statement. They are not a league table.

Check the same figures on the HCT dental price list before you treat a headline as the same offer. Do not add the rows into a new total. A graft is charged when it is needed, not on every plan, and a one-jaw price is not half of a both-jaw package.

When The Crown Is Missing From The Fee
A fee that stops at the implant and the abutment is not a finished tooth. The implant is the fixture in the bone. The abutment connects it to the crown. The crown is the tooth you see and bite on. An advert that prices only the first two parts has not priced the third.
The £560 Line Includes The Crown
The published single dental implant is £560. That line includes the abutment and the crown for one tooth. It is not a price per jaw, and it is not a starting figure that later becomes a full set of teeth. Consultation, a 3D CT or CBCT, and a panoramic radiograph are free for HCT implant patients. The scan is how the team decides whether this line is the right one. Travel, a graft and an extraction are not inside the £560.
A £380-Style Line Leaves The Crown Out
The lowest implant-and-abutment line is £380 for NTA S-Pure. Other brand lines on the price list are the same kind of offer: the implant and the abutment, with the crown quoted separately. Straumann BLT is £630 and Straumann BLX is £730 on that basis. None of those lines is a discount on the £560 crown-inclusive tooth. A message that names only a brand has not yet priced the crown. A message that names the £560 line has.

One Jaw Versus Both Jaws
All-on-4 at £5,980 and All-on-6 at £6,480 are each a price for both jaws and both visits. A quote that uses the same name for one jaw, or for the surgical trip alone, is a different offer. This page does not divide either total to invent a one-jaw fee, and it does not treat the higher number as a higher one-jaw advert.
What The Two Package Lines Include
Both published packages use Neodent or Osstem implants and 24 final zirconia teeth. All-on-4 is 8 implants. All-on-6 is 12 implants. The tooth count on the finished bridges is the same. Extractions that are part of the implant plan, prescribed medicines, and temporary teeth are included. The temporary teeth may be fixed or removable, according to the condition and the clinician’s assessment. Airport transfers for both visits are included. A written lifetime document covers the implant components. That document is not a promise about the teeth, the gum or the bite.
Both Visits, Not The First Trip Alone
The £5,980 and £6,480 figures are the two visits together. The usual gap is the healing time between placing the implants and fitting the final teeth. An advert for “the surgery week” has not quoted this package, even when it uses the All-on-4 or All-on-6 name. The second visit is part of the published total. It is not an optional extra that the headline forgot to mention.

Hotel, Flights And A Graft
Hotel days, a flight contribution and a graft change what a number means. They are the lines most often missing from a low advert, and they are not shared across every HCT fee. A package that names them cannot be set beside a tooth fee that does not.
Hotel Days In The Full-Arch Packages
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 packages include a room with breakfast for 3 days on the first visit and 7 days on the second visit. That is a day count for those two packages. It is not a night count, and it is not a hotel stay for a single tooth. The £560 line does not include a hotel. The £380 implant-and-abutment line does not include one either. Borrowing the package days to make a single-tooth advert look complete is a false comparison.
The Flight Contribution Is Not A Ticket
A seasonal contribution of up to £200 can apply to the All-on-4 and All-on-6 packages. The current amount and the conditions are confirmed in the written quote. It is not £200 on every visit, and it is not an open promise to pay the fare. Airfare above the confirmed contribution is not included. The contribution does not transfer to the £560 tooth or to an implant-and-abutment brand line. An advert that says “flights included” still has to say which fare, which visits, and which fee line.
A Graft Is A Separate Line
Bone grafting is £130 when the scan shows the site needs it. A sinus lift is £380 when an upper back site needs it. Neither fee is already inside the £560 tooth, and neither is already inside the All-on-4 or All-on-6 totals. A brand other than the Neodent or Osstem included in those packages is quoted after assessment. This page does not invent that total.
The same £380 figure is used for two different items. It is the NTA S-Pure implant and abutment, without the crown. It is also the sinus lift. A quote has to name which one it means. Adding them together, or treating them as one discount, makes the comparison worse rather than clearer.

How To Read A Written Implant Quote
A written quote is ready to compare when it names the crown, the jaws, the visits, and the items that sit outside the headline. Until it does, the lowest number on the page is not evidence of a lower finished plan. This page does not publish a fee from the UK or from any other country. A home quote can sit beside an HCT quote only when both documents list the same scope.

The Scan Can Change The Line
Photographs and a short message are not the final plan. The scan in the clinic can add a graft, show that a tooth should come out, or move the plan from one tooth to a full arch. Book refundable travel until that is written down. The fee you were sent is confirmed after that assessment. A low advert cannot promise that the first number will survive the scan.
A Fee Does Not Decide Suitability
Reading two adverts does not say whether an implant is appropriate. The bone at the site, the gum, the bite, and medical conditions that affect healing are clinical questions. Active gum disease, or a medical condition that is not under control, can delay treatment. Wanting the lowest number is not a reason to place an implant. The clinician confirms the plan. The references at the end of this page describe implants in general. They do not set HCT fees, and they do not rank clinics.
What An Incomplete Advert Hides
If the crown, the second jaw or the graft is missing from the page, the plan can change after you have already compared the wrong numbers. An implant can fail to bond, the gum can become inflamed, and a crown can chip or loosen. Those are reasons to hear the clinical plan before you consent. This page does not print a figure for how often they happen, and a lower advert does not remove them.
